As I moved into my college years, I continued to hone my skills by working as a painter for a local school district. That experience solidified my commitment to quality and taught me the value of serving our local community. Over the decades, I have expanded my expertise far beyond the paintbrush, taking on complex projects such as:

Beyond the toolbox, I spent years in the executive world, where I specialized in leadership, team growth, and operational excellence. I’ve had the privilege of scaling businesses from the spark of an initial idea to leading large, multi-million dollar companies across Central Ohio.
While I am proud of those professional milestones, my true motivation has always been people. I launched Jonco Group Paint and Fix to merge my technical knowledge with my leadership experience. I believe that a service business should be run with the same level of professional communication and efficiency as a high-growth corporation.
